  Good over all. Pricey. And they said on the paper that they vacuumed and cleaned the windshield but they did not.

  boyfriends car battery died when we went to leave hotel, we got there said the issue and immediately every employee started to help look at it and they showed him the issues and worked us through was was best to fix it! great staff!

  I went to this location on the 16th to get my oil changed they were taking a little bit longer and then they asked if they could show me something under my hood. He said the last place I got an oil change at had broken the oil filter off in my car so I’m livid. I drive all the way to greensboro to the place I got my oil changed at and they were able to take it off in less than 5 mins and said it was not broken. They asked if they could do a complimentary oil change because they didn’t want their oils to mix I said sure they asked me what day I got the oil changed and I showed them my receipt from jiffy lube. They showed me a video of them draining the oil out my car and it was black. Mind you I just got the oil changed 4 days prior. So I called jiffy lube and asked if they really changed my oil he said he was looking at the video and it showed them changing it. I said well can you send me a video he said I can send a picture to you even though we aren’t supposed to but due to the circumstances I will. Never got a video or picture. So I’m really wondering did they even change my oil. That’s just very weird and not professional. If they didn’t change my oil I would just like a refund for the services they didn’t perform.

  best interaction in service I could ever ask for I had a very unique experience that I don't think I have enough space here to explain everybody there went above and beyond to take care of me I appreciate everybody there and I will recommend them to anybody probably one of the best instant oil change facilities as far as staffing goes that I have ever been in my life

  If I could leave a 0 I sure would. I spoke to Brandon at the store right after getting my car back from getting a tire patch. My rim was completely scratched and he said they could not do anything about it because his tech did not do it. I have had this car for about a month it is brand new from dealership and the only wheel he touched, was scratched up when the patch was done. The tech Austin B, tried to spray it and wipe it to make it seem like it was not scratched and he noticed himself that it was still showing even after he tried to cover it with spray. I asked Brandon what he could do to fix this and he “checked” cameras without me being able to see it myself and came back to say nothing was done to the wheel. As I explained to him. If all four wheels were scratched and they only touched one, okay cool I see why they could doubt BUT the ONLY wheel they touched was the only one that came back awfully scratched. I have worked in the car business before and I know how to they take off a tire to patch it, I know the machine can scratch the rim or if they lay it down even very carefully it could accidentally happen but they will not take responsibility for this. This visit was very unprofessional also considering I was in there for over an hour for a patch. I will never recommend this place to anyone and I will leave images of my rim so you can see how obvious it shows that it was scratched during the service done. I also asked Brandon to give me the number to who ever is above me and he would not give it to me, said someone would reach out later. This is just very sad and honestly upsetting that my first visit here had to end the way it did. I want my rim paid for since this location damaged it, take responsibility of the damage…..
