  So yesterday I came in to get an issue with the my headlights looked at. I was told that I needed to take the car to try e dealership or the place we purchased the car from. They put it in writing that it was a gps tracker that was installed that messed up the lighting system. I took it to the dealership and said that wasn’t true at all. They explained it was another issue. I feel cheated out of $200 just to find out what they said was not accurate. The staff is horrible when it comes to customer service. When I walked in the door there was a tech sitting down in the lobby. As a customer you should be greeted! He didn’t say hello or anything. I watched as 2 more techs came to the lobby to get sodas and not one of them looked at me and said hello. Just rude from start to finish!! They never had any intention to fix the car they just collected my $200 and sent me on the way! Again I can’t express how disappointed Iam with the service at this location

  Very rude service by the guy up front. We walk in and instead of greeting us he gave a funny look. When I said hello he goes “yea?”, then I tell him about my appointment for an oil change and immediately he says that I apparently picked the wrong oil and that I have to go with the more expensive one (which wasn’t true btw). When I said I’d prefer what I already picked he said they won’t perform the oil change and I should go somewhere else. I decided to walk out at that point. This place will definitely try to get you to spend extra money that is unnecessary and they’ll be rude to you too.

  This site is completely disrespectful; their system wastes time and a lot of money. They're not professional; the fault lies with some of them, and they're playing dumb.

  The person who attended to me was completely disrespectful. They wasted my time, treated me badly, and didn't provide the service I had scheduled on their website. They couldn't do any more work. I'm giving them one star because people and their time aren't treated this way. It's a total joke.
