  Went to pickup my rental today 4/17/26. My rental was for a 12pm pickup but I arrived 10am. Was told basically no can do. You will have to wait until 12pm or after as we have lots of people coming in at 10am and 11am. The iss we I had was that smirk on the lady and I let them know that Enterprise should always have a vehicle ready and that I was disappointed. Fast forward as I was leaving to come back at noon I told my son this will be the last time I will rent from Enterprise. We'll the lady with the smirk said excuse me we try to do a good job but don't beat down my team. I said no one is beating down your team but rather Enterprise. Nevertheless I canceled my rental and went with budget. Horrible service to say the least.

  Tianna the manager was amazing! So kind, professional and patient the best customer service ever! The whole team there were actually awesome something you very rarely see. Josh and Christian were also amazing very professional and patient. I would definitely recommend this location and come back!!

  The two agents that assisted me Chris was one, and the young lady who works with him(i forget her name, but she knows who she is lol) made what was a awful situation(car accident )that more enjoyable with their compassion, concern, and attentiveness to my immediate need. Shout out to those two.A1 in my book.

  This was my first time using this particular Enterprise and they didn't not disappoint. My reservation was for economy I get thereand I had a free upgrade not only that the staff were super just friendly and helpful in general. Having to drive to Florida i was very thankful for the extra room. Of course coming back hit it all kinds of trouble but they were super accommodating and understanding. We will definitely be using this particular location for future rentals!!! Thank you all. 20 out of 10, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
