  SUUUUUUPER Special shout out to Ethan and the 2 other associates assisting him today 4/07/26 @4pM (@ The south blvd location in Charlotte, NC) myself along with over 100 other customers experienced extremely poor service at the Douglas INT Airport today trying to rent vehicles with Budget / Avis regardless of the fact that we had RSVP. We stood in line for over 3 hrs because apparently they were low staffed and had 1 associate working an 8 register desk and 2 due to the fact that their corp call center was allowing customers to create RSVP even though there were no vehicles available. @3pm the only associate that was working left with her purse in hand with out a wird of resolution or excuse. SHE JUST LEFT FOR THE DAY. some of us scrambled and called other local Budget offices and recvd confirmation that the customers could pick up the RSVP vehicles at other locations. Their vehicles and RSVP were verified !. But that location also did not have vehicles avail. This was a nightmare for everyone. Many customers such as myself had to pay out of pocket for a lyft- or uber to take them to the alt location only for the Budget associate to decline them availability and claim they had no control.over what corp call center is telling them. !!! . I will NEVER SHOP BUDGET Rental AGAIN. and I will make sure to tell my friends and family never to shop them aswell. We were never notified of the issues and that our vehicles were not available or that our RSVP was invalid. Considering the fact we were already charged for a vehicles we never recvd. !!! This was absolutely ridiculous. Extremely poor customer service and business. On another note. Ethan and his team at Enterprise Rental hooked us up!! They were sincere, felt our frustration and were profesional and eager to help! Explained that it might take a bit but they would try their hardest to help us. They made things work for several other customers in the same predicament. Ethan and his team deserve the prize for "Associates of the year." This is what deserves 5+ stars. This is what excellent cs is all about. Ty Ethan. ♥️ kuddos to you .

  This was my very first rental car experience in my life. To be honest, I was dreading this the whole time I knew it was coming up. Enter Kevin. Kevin, from the first second of our interaction understood where I was and wanted to make sure I was comfortable and confident with my decision. I took a chance and it was a breeze. Luckily enough, I has Kevin as the person to return the car too. He was extremely happy to see me, asked me about my experience, and wanted to make sure there were no problems. Thank you very much Kevin for taking time with me to make sure me and my family were good AND stress free!

  Ethan was a lifesaver! After a horrible experience at another location I called around trying to find a vehicle immediately. Me got me the next day first appointment when they opened at 12. He let me look at several vehicles to find one that was eco friendly due to traveling an hour and a half to this location to pick up a car. Listened to all of my concerns and met each one with a smile and genuine amazing attitude. Even though he was the only one working inside and dealing with about 5 people returning cars and the phones ringing off the hook, he maintained a professional attitude and even laughed and joked with us. He deserves a HUGE bonus for his amazing customer service. Thank you Ethan!
