The second time there, the encounter was with Courtney. When I say, she was also wonderful. Her friendliness and customer service was beyond words. If she is not a manager, she DEFINATLEY should be but the experience with this location was wonderful all across the board. Will be using them again (this location that is). Thanks folks, for making the rental experience great.
