  I had a great experience renting from Enterprise at Charlotte-Douglas! Everyone was nice and helpful, and thanks to online check-in I was able to skip the counter, pick a car and go! Rates were affordable, even with the CDW, and the car itself was very nice: a 2026 Toyota Corolla with just 1750 miles on the odometer! There is an Enterprise office in my town, but it's only open 8-6. I will be happy to rent from Enterprise at the airport should I need to rent a car outside those hours.

  I wanted to take a moment to leave a review because Daphine at the Charlotte Douglas Airport location was absolutely amazing. After a long delay and a frustrating experience with another rental company that didn’t have my reservation available, I arrived feeling stressed and honestly a bit defeated. Ms. Daphine completely turned things around. She went above and beyond to help me, and her kindness and efficiency made all the difference. I arrived around 1:15 AM, and she had me taken care of and on the road in about 30 minutes if not less! Not only was the service exceptional, but the car was perfect exactly what I needed to safely drive through the mountains. Returning the car was just as smooth. The team was welcoming, kind, and genuinely interested in how my experience went. This was truly outstanding customer service from start to finish. Keep up the great work!

  Enterprise saved the day! Little did we know Budget never has cars at the Charlotte location and their customer service could care less. After a nearly 2 hour wait at the Budget counter and still no car, we walked down to Enterprise, explained what was happening with our reservation and they matched the Budget price and had a plethora of cars to choose from. They got us booked in to a car and we were driving out of the garage in less than 15 minutes. I will never consider another rental company in the future when I know how much Enterprise cares about their customers. Great job!!!

  I showed up at the Charlotte Douglass Airport and the line for Budget rental car was over 2 hours long! This has been the second time this has happened to me because American Airlines offers a discount for Budget if you book through their site. Never again! I knew I could not wait for two hours to get a rental car so I decided to walk over to Enterprise and see what they could do for me. Jacob was amazing! He got me a car and out the door in 10 minutes. I loved my rental car and the customer service provided by Jacob and Enterprise from the beginning of the trip to the end was stellar!

  The signage was poor so I went to the 3rd floor instead of the 2nd. Agent told me I screwed up but agreed to help me. As I wasnt the only one I had to wait as she took care of others - especially those that had properly checked in - first. I used to have status with Enterprise but now not needing to rent cars often I have none. Was given a choice of two lower intermediate cars. Jumped into one and gone in a long line to get out of the lot only to realize the car was dirty inside. The wind was dirty inside (some sort of hazy film) and outside (bug guts etc). It took forever to check out. The checkout person was nice however. Check in was equally disorganized where I had to literally track someone down to get help. He promised to check me out and email me the receipt - which he did. The car lock on the driver's side did not work properly and at one moment I thought I was going to be locked out and being >3 hours away from CLT that wasn't great. I enter by key on the other side. This vehicle was so basic it had no key fob - only a key. So it was "old school" to unlock the car or trunk.
