    Horrible rental car company. I recommend any other one besides this one. This is the only one that charged a $600 deposit. That’s a car payment, smh. They take a year to put the money back on your card.

    Very poor customer service. I tried calling several times, but was left waiting on hold for a long time with no response. Calls were not answered, which is extremely and very disappointing experience.

    I am just leaving with the rental vehicle I picked up, and while everything was eventually resolved, I feel it is important to share my experience. I am a very organized person and always make sure I come prepared especially when I know specific documentation is required. The day before my pickup, I returned a call to confirm everything. Since I was using a debit card and was told I would need proof of residency here in Charlotte. I was more than happy to provide that. During that call, I specifically asked twice if a lease would be sufficient. Kristin confirmed that it would be, along with a utility bill. I even made sure to confirm her name before ending the call so I had a clear reference for the information I was given. I arrived fully prepared based on that conversation. However, what should have been a quick and simple process turned into nearly an hour of back-and-forth just to get my documentation accepted. I do want to acknowledge that the young lady who assisted me in person was extremely patient and kind throughout the situation. That said, my issue is with Kristin. She provided misinformation and then denied it, which is unacceptable. I made every effort to confirm the requirements ahead of time, and I was given incorrect information. If I had been told the correct requirements from the start, I would have come properly prepared and avoided this unnecessary delay. Providing customers with inaccurate information and then not taking accountability is extremely frustrating, especially for those of us who go out of our way to be prepared.
