  My wife and 1 year old daughter were in a bad car accident last week and the car was totaled. My wife was taken to the hospital from the scene. I worked for Enterprise rental for 13+ years in at least 5 different states and even bought a car from the VA branch years ago. I thought this would be a slam dunk. After spending 3 hours test driving several smoked out cars and one that I liked with a broken seat, I reluctantly picked a car to purchase honestly because I was exhausted and just wanted to move on…our rep kept leaving us alone at his desk while he was visibly trying to help another customer. When my wife finally had enough and vocalized she wanted a manager, another employee close by stood up to try and help, but then he back tracked and was very rude to her and even stepped in front of her and our baby in the stroller making her feel very uncomfortable. Obviously she got very upset and we left with no car and a waste of our afternoon. The manger did come out and speak to me afterwards, but no resolution and he said he was sorry it all went down like that. Definitely cannot recommend this location for an easy experience and I’m very disappointed with the service. This is not how I was trained and not how I trained my employees during my time with the company. Still nobody has reached out to me to offer an apology or even to ask what happened. We will look elsewhere for a car and not use Enterprise again for buying a car. After over a decade of empathizing with folks involved in accidents, I finally am on the other side and really wish this had been easier…

  This was my second purchase of a car from enterprise car sales in Charlotte on Independence. The entire staff and sales team were very polite, courteous and professional. I was happy I. That they found me the car I wanted as well as the color. I would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of purchasing a pre-own car. They are the best !

  From start to finish just a wonderful experience! Everyone was nice and friendly . We worked with David and He was able to get my mom in a very great Toyota. He was really knowledgeable and informative didn’t speed past important information and answered all our questions . It wasn’t a long process and it wasn’t as if we were being rushed or pressured. We can’t sing nothing but high praises for David and that entire team ! I will recommend anyone to come get a car here. Thank you David so much for being a blessing to my mom!

  I am pleased with the service that I have received from Michael Sampson As he went above and beyond to get me the car that I wanted When nobody else couldn’t help me!! So I will be returning definitely .
