  Car wash was down at time of our visit. Was able to use vacuums but they weren’t very good suction though. Facility was kind of dirty and not well maintained. Lousy entrance from street.

  I have a membership that I think I will cancel and change to another car wash. The location is very convenient to my home. My issue is that there are three lanes. The middle lane is usually closed, leaving one general lane amd one lane for members. As a member, I often have to wait behind non-members. Today, there were two attendants signing people uo while blocking both lines. This defeats a perk of membership. I hope they do better.

  Worst car wash I have ever been to! Paid for the most expensive car wash and my car is still dirty! They then double charged us & they say they give no refunds. So they offered a free car wash for next time. WE DONT WANT A CRAPPY FREE CAR WASH, WE WANTED A REFUND!! Save yourself & go somewhere else

  Some of there cleaning brushes doesn't work. I bought the package for no reason🥺

  I paid monthly, automatically from my bank, I Uber and several times have come to watch my car around 8am and ain’t open , I’m at the gate right now with a messy car due to the storm this weekend and you aren’t open again and plus it’s 8:30 am right now Bell ITS OPEN But I don’t have a membership with them I guess I need to change then. Thank you so much for your service but I’m done with you .
