The manager, OT, is extremely rude in the way he talks to his employees. A lot of great workers have quit because of his attitude and lack of professionalism. He doesn’t know how to communicate respectfully or motivate his team. For someone in a management position, people skills are essential — something he clearly needs to work on. Valvoline has lost good employees because of this.
