- DCDC C4 days ago4.0I was highly impressed with my technician, Jordan - friendly, respectful and courteous. He did exactly what I requested (oil change, wiper fluid and tires) and respected my wish to not deal with the air filter. This differs in my experience with the service manager who initially greeted me while I was waited and who responded to my request with, "I'll make sure to tell the guys to not do what they are trained to do". I did not care for his smart alack response - it should have been, 'Yes Sir' or an inquire as to what the limited service request, the latter which would have been answered that previous technicians were clumsy and unfamiliarity with the removal of the air filter housing and had broken at least two plastic tabs and cracked a large plastic engine cover. I felt fortunate I had my experience with Jordan to offset my irritation with the service manager. If I had a position in my company, I would hire Jordan in a second. Keep him and consider promoting him - you won't be sorry. Sincerely, Dan

It's easy for businesses to make mistakes, but it takes real character and professionalism to own them and fix them properly. Luis and his crew did exactly that. They were responsive, professional, and went out of their way to resolve the situation. That kind of integrity is rare these days, and they should be commended for it. I'll definitely be back.
