    I came in with my New 2024 Toyota Rav4 i was nervous about getting the first oil change and what oil it was going to need and Assistant Manager Jordan helped me feel confident in what oil I needed and helped me feel like he really cared for my car!

    I was in from out of town and a family member recommended them saying how they have always been easy to work with. I can not say enough good things about Luis and the staff. He was so nice and explained everything to me even though they were extremely busy. He took his time and could not have been any nicer, more Professional, honest , quick!

    My wife got an oil change here and the next day all the oil was on the floor of the garage. Mistakes happen but after contacting the location and also spending 1 hr with customer care we still have no resolution to this issue. Service recovery matters and in this case the company did not care enough to make things right in a reasonable amount of time.
