Is very informative when explaining the maintenance needed on my vehicle. Also shout out to the team for doing a radiator fluid replacement in the pouring rain!

Nearly $170 when all is said and done. The VW dealership charges $99.99 for a full synthetic oil change without any additional charges. I was absolutely stunned when I was presented the receipt after the work had been completed. I will not be returning to Valvoline, and will not recommend anyone taking their vehicles for oil change.

They explained everything clearly, showed me exactly what they were doing, and never once tried to pressure me into anything unnecessary which I really appreciated.The service itself was lightning fast, but still extremely thorough. They checked all my fluids, made sure everything looked good, and treated my vehicle like it was their own. You can tell these guys actually care about doing the job right.I left feeling confident, taken care of, and honestly impressed with how smooth the whole process was. This was easily one of the best service experiences I’ve ever had for my car, and I wouldn’t hesitate to come back a thousand more times.
