  Props to the team for showing kindness and respect to our autistic friend who was in attendance during the oil change. This young man asks A LOT of questions everywhere he goes and the guys here took the time to be genuinely friendly and to answer all of his questions and make him feel seen and welcome. This may seem like a small thing but it really isn't and is so needed in our world. So much appreciation to that team!! Thank you

  Went to this location 2 weeks ago for an inspection. It failed due only to a MIL (have paperwork proof). When I returned about 8 days later, I was told that in order to pass I needed new wiper blades, something that was not an issue the week prior. (Car was driven maybe 50 miles in the iterim, not nearly enough time for my wipers to degrade to the point of needing replacement.) Was told they'd be $30 additional. When I paid, found out they were $30 for each blade - total ripoff. I paid it as I must get the car registered asap, but this was clearly the shop just trying to get more money for themselves. Shady as hell. Won't be back.

  I needed to get my oil changed on my lunch break and was worried I wouldn't have enough time - especially because there was a car in front of me when I pulled up. However, they were super fast and efficient and I had more than enough time left on my break before going back to work.

  I've been going to this location for years and never received the customer service that I received.The Manager Issac displayed the most knowledgeable and professional service ever. He also showed great leadership with his team. I normally don't leave reviews but I want to share my experience at this location. Keep up the great work!!

  Unfortunately, after my oil change, the technicians failed to reattach the plastic undercarriage piece securely. Because of this, the piece came unattached while driving down the highway and was dragged under the car, where I had to pull off, crawl under my car, contact Triple A and a local mechanics shop, and spend nearly two hours and $150 to get this simple oversight resolved in a way that would make my car drivable. Overall, very disappointing that this interaction ended up costing me more time and money to fix something that should have been right the first time.
