- SJSew J4 days ago3.0I won't be too hard on these guys because they have what looks to be a nice location in a nice building and that's always good. My experience came from the summer of 2025 and each time I think about it bothers me so I thought I would finally give a review. I called this shop and a friendly young lady answered the phone and I asked her the cost of replacing tint on my driver side door that was starting to peel. The tent is basic legal tent with no high end features. She put me on a whole briefly to check with someone I assume. When she returned I was quoted $125. I thought that was a bit high so I declined to make an appointment. At that time I remembered another popular shop off of North Tryon where I got some other work done but never considered them for tint. However, I gave them a call and explain the same thing and was quoted $50. So I made the appointment. On my way there I figured it was going to be more when I arrived, because that's a pretty long way from what Tint World quoted me. I got there and they pulled it in and boom bam later. That'll be $50. The tint job was perfect. Match perfectly to the rest of the car's tint. I think the reason why it took me so long to post a review because I'm still a bit confused about the higher quote. I keep waiting for a call to say I got punk'ed that particular day. Anyway I won't say the name of the shop where I got the tint job done because the guy that runs the place is so nice and honorable and had great things to say about Tint World.

Just because they were after market, everyone before Hunter at Tint World just said to replace them all together quoting over $1.5k. Hunter not only took the time to look at the problem, he figured out what wrong and got everything fixed for a fraction of other quoted prices. He explained everything to me clearly and gave me the best course of action. And Robs customer service was 5 out 5 as well, helping with scheduling, finding the parts, pricing, everything you name it. I will definitely be coming back to Tint World! Thank you Hunter and Rob first for even taking the time and lastly just helping all together!
