My husband and I recently had the oil changed in our Jeep, and during the process the oil cap cracked without our knowledge (these things happen). When my husband brought the Jeep back and explained the situation, Koda didn’t hesitate to take responsibility and assured us the repair would be covered. We are extremely appreciative of Koda’s professionalism, integrity, and commitment to excellent customer service.

The AI put me on hold, then asked if I needed synthetic oil for my Mini. I responded, and it confirmed they had everything to do the oil change. Once I got to Strickland, I was told that the AI answering service is terrible and they don’t have the oil or tools to change the oil on my Mini Cooper. The guy was honest and friendly, but I was shocked that they didn’t have the tools for an oil change since that's what they do. He said I should go to Valvoline, and they can take care of me. I appreciated the honesty and gave an extra star for that. Strickland needs to update their advertising to say they can change oil in some cars. AI wasted my time!
