  Ill do my best to summarize it. I came in for a oil change on my 2018 chevy equinox diesel engine. Price was a little high but I was was like okay sure no problem. Im guessing it will take 45 mins the most. It took 2hrs for the oil change. I presented them with a coupon that the gentleman said he will use to take off the amount. He did not I didn't notice at first drove across to street to get my son some jack n the box. While pulling in my car started making this grinding noise. So I go right back over and tell them hey my car is making this grinding noise they said okay we will check and I also Informed them that the coupon wasnt applied they said they would fix it. I then am told that the wrong oil was put and they would put the right one in but will take time to get here. So im guessing a hr at most. Wrong I waited another 2hr and 30mins. As I pull away and I can still hear the noise they stated they dont know what's wrong and can't do anything about it. I told them I'll check with a dealership and let them know. Cause my car wasnt making this noise before I arrived here. I get home and life my car up to see the problem. Come to find out NOT ONCE BUT TWICE THEY FAILED TO REINSTALL THE SWAY BAR OVER THE DRAIN PLUG CAUSING IT TO GRIND AGAINST MY TRANSMISSION PAN. I reinstalled it I need to at least be compensate 20percent of the $171 dollar oil change bill. Ohh also they never took the 15 dollars off from the coupon

  SpeeDee Oil Change & Auto Service has absolutely earned my trust and loyalty. I was hesitant about trying this new location at first, but I’ve been going since they opened, and this year alone I’ve had a lot of work done on my car: alternator, belts, 4 brand new tires, gasket, sensors, rotors, new brake pads, plus my regular oil changes—easily over $3k in services, all completed by the team at SpeeDee. The staff is nothing short of professional. They clearly explain what maintenance needs to be handled immediately versus what can wait, and they never make me feel pressured—just informed and prepared. What really sets this location apart is their honesty and follow-through. Last Friday, I picked up my vehicle and, right before handing me my keys, one of the techs openly told me the battery light was still coming on. I’m sure he could see the disappointment on my face; I was ready to leave with a fully functioning car and finish my day. Instead of brushing it off, Susan at the front desk assured me she would contact the dealership about the part and get it installed by Saturday or Monday. Saturday came and went, and I’ll admit I started to lose hope—so many people say they’ll follow up and don’t. But Monday afternoon, I received a text from Susan confirming the part had arrived from the dealership and that I could bring my car back in for installation. That might seem like a small gesture to some, but it’s the little things like that that build trust, confidence, and true customer loyalty. This SpeeDee location is highly recommended—good, solid staff and quality service from people who stand by their word.

  Very nice place! I came for a walk in inspection and they told me stuff that needed to be replaced/looked at which was one of my tires and made me aware what stuff needed to be looked at by my mechanic. They were very kind explaining everything to me when im a girl that knows nothing about cars!
