Great quick and friendly service! I stopped in for a state inspection and oil change. I appreciate that they checked everything during the service and shared suggestions on things to keep an eye on.

I went to speedee yesterday. I waited there 3 1/2 hours for windshield wipers to be drlivered after a car inspection. The first ones that were delivered one of them was broken. So they had to bring a second windshield wiper back over. Let me state this. I do not blame them for taking so long to be delivered from advance auto parts. Since the parts store was 0.3 miles down the road I wanted to go pick up the part. Since no one should have to wait 3 1/2 hours for windshield wipers. My problem with it is I was told I could not have my keys and leave with my car because there could be police out there and they could not allow me to drive my car after it didn’t pass inspection. They would get fined $500 from the police. If I left there, and got caught from the police. Let me say it wasn’t even raining. I even said this to the guys. I was so upset. I called a friend of mine and he told me that was not true. He said if you were a guy they wouldn’t have told you that because you would’ve known better. I do not like the feeling of being taken advantage of. So essentially they kept my car from me. They would not give me the keys to my car. If they would not have lied to me this would not have been an issue. When I left there, I was mad at the parts delivery place not at Speedee. It is not OK to take advantage of someone because they don’t know the information and because I’m a woman. Pissed consumer!

From day one, something felt off about this shop. The professionalism, integrity, and overall knowledge of those working here raised red flags that, in hindsight, I should have trusted. There were too many concerning details to even list, but the general lack of confidence and transparency made the experience extremely uncomfortable.
To make matters worse, during a recent visit I overheard another customer discussing that their car had been stolen from the shop overnight. Hearing that only reinforced the uneasy feeling I had from the beginning. While I can’t speak to the specifics of that situation, the environment felt sketchy and unsafe, and it did nothing to inspire trust.
I strongly recommend listening to your intuition and proceeding with caution before leaving your vehicle here.

be aware of all Speed Dee/ grease monkey’s on this road as they are all owned by the same person.
My girlfriend got a tire rotation at one of these shops and a few hundred miles later the wheel fell off her car. The regional manager gave us the run around on where to tow the car until finally having us tow to this location. The regional manager we met with was the rudest human being I’ve ever dealt with. He didn’t take us seriously and was originally going to put the same damaged parts back onto the car, made multiple snarky comments, and gave us no communication whatsoever about the damage/repairs on the car. We had to call 4 days later to find out they fixed it without our consent or any knowledge of what they did. They were supposed to order and call us about replacing the damaged rim as well, but we never heard back from them again. Horrible customer service, horrible communication and inexperienced technicians.

Never ever go here the Manager here I think his name is Daren if I remember correctly but I could be wrong on the name but the wait I was treated I will never forget. I went in for a oil change in entire rotation. I was quoted one price and then when I went to the register, I was told another price while waiting for oil change the manager, bring me cabin, air filter, and an air filter and stated that they needed to be replaced. I told him I was not interested. Shake them out put them back in because they visually had some dust on them. He told me that they don’t do that here so I asked them to give them to me. He made me go all the way outside in the parking lot to make it inconvenient for me to shake them. After after their experiencing that I figured I should pay attention to my bill because this guy was trying to play against my intelligence not realizing that I’ve purchased over 30 cars in my lifetime and I work on cars myself. I just needed a quick oil change tire rotation. After working my bill up because he says there was an up charge because my Toyota tundra takes 9 quarts of oil. My oil change turned into $150 from $100 which I was quoted in the beginning he did not want to talk to me anymore after that and he put one of his employees under him to try to handle me which they were polite, but he is a superior and he chose to go sit down in a chair and not address me as a customer when he was a manager in the store. I have a problem with him. I have a problem with his leadership and I don’t think he should be in a leadership position and I stand on it. after all of this, they never reset my oil light. They didn’t put a sticker in the car, and my tires were never rotated.
