I am writing this review to warn others about this location. I brought my 2024 SUV in for a replacement and I’ve been living a nightmare ever since. Upon completion of my car, I immediately noticed that my windshield wipers were messed up. They were stuck on the windshield and I immediately alerted the front desk. They took my car to the back and fixed it. When I drove home, I inspected my car further. I noticed that glass was exposed and a piece under my hood was cracked. I drove back up to the location to alert them of my findings. The man at the front desk took my keys and sent my car to the back again. I didn’t receive an apology or anything for the inconveniences or sloppy work that received. It hasn’t even been a full week yet and I’m hearing rattling noises when I drive. I’ve called customer service regarding my concerns. But, I want to warn others. I’ll add some pictures to show you how my car was presented to me after my “replacement.” My advice, stay away from this location especially if you have a newer car.

Our Safelite Technician - Jourdan - was absolutely fantastic. He was in constant contact with us prior to arriving then was the consummate professional while replacing my windshield. He did it with ultimate professionalism and was courteous and considerate. He even worked late into the afternoon after the sun had done down and worked in the dark. I'd highly recommend Safelite and specifically Jourdan. He made what could have been a hassle into a pleasant experience, and the windshield looks great.

Safelite was super easy to work with. I was referred to them through my insurance to replace my husband’s windshield that had a crack going from top to bottom. There were appointments available the week I reached out and they were able to complete the work in my driveway. The day after that work was completed, my windshield got chipped by something and again, I was able to get on and schedule an appointment quickly. I appreciate how fast they could get to me, ensuring that the chip didn’t have time to spread and become a bigger problem. Adrian crushed that repair!

Did not show up for appointment!! Had an appointment for Friday from 12pm to 5pm, to get windshield replaced. Tech (Donta) called me at 8.02am to confirm he was going to show up but never did. Around 4.00pm I called him back and said he was running late. I got the impression he didnt even know he had my appointment. At first, he was saying he's just going to be late, besides the fact it was getting dark outside at 5.00pm. When I mentioned this he said "oh yes, I will not be able to work on it" and then he said he was going to call the manager to let me know. I mentioned Im available the next day, Saturday, in the morning. Nobody called me anymore, no emails, the online appointment was still showing Friday time. I called their office and only availability was for Tuesday when I can't do it. Then I read all the negative reviews about Safelite on here, and it seems Safelite doesnt commit to their appointments and communication is super bad. You really need to learn business management and work up your communication and customer satisfaction.

Made an appointment for between 12 pm-5 pm on 10/24/25. Received a text message at 9:30 am that my technician would arrive by 9:45 am. I was working and not at home so I immediately called the number provided at 9:48 am once I saw the text. Call center said they would notify the store. Appears they tried to call me at 9:53 am but I missed it. I attempted to call back twice at 10 am. It went to a full voicemail for someone who did not state their name so I could not leave a voicemail nor did I know who I was even calling. I immediately called the call center again at 10:03 am to try and find out what was going on. The representative attempted to connect me and, at some point after, the call just dropped. Still being at work, I just chose to see if anyone would actually show up during my appointment time since there should have been copius notes at this point. To, what should be, no one's surprise at this point, no one came. I contacted the call center again, but they had just closed for the day. I called the next morning (10/25/25) and spoke to someone who gave me the direct line to the actual shop and tried to connect us. The call dropped again. I attempted to call the direct line to the shop multiple times only for it to have dead air for around a minute then go to a busy signal every time. I called the call center back. Explained the situation yet again. Suggested multiple options for resolving and even asked to speak to a Area/District Manager. Evidently, that is not allowed. You have to speak to the GM (who neither of us could get a hold of) or to some Customer Support-type department (who is not open on Saturdays). I'm happy to put up screenshots of timestamps of all of those calls, if necessary, just in case I have still not yet proven my point. I think the best part of all of this was to find that the notes for my account stated the vehicle was locked (it was not and I even stated the first time I called that it likely was not as I gave permission for them to move forward with the work if the technician was comfortable doing so despite me not being with the vehicle yet) and that they were entered a little after 2:30 pm. Of course, that makes it look like someone was trying to cover themself. So, here I am, writing a review on Google - likely just screaming into the void - in hopes that people learn from my experience and do not make the same mistake and attempt to use Safelite. It certainly appears, this location at least, is disorganized and lacks integrity. I do also hope that someone of some importance in the company will see this and actually care about correcting the flaw in whatever process allowed this to happen. It is definitely too late for me to ever be a Safelite customer. The real sad thing for Safelite in this area is the fact that I work for a major vehicle manufacturer as a trainer and I train service departments. I go between a number of dealerships in two states. I will be sharing my experience with any customer that comes through the service drive with glass damage of any sort at this point.
