  Had John service my car since my windshield broke. He did absolutely fantastic! Even went the extra mile cleaned the inside of my car. Very detail oriented and the service came out great! Thank you John!

  Safelite replaced my windshield in early December. I want to start by saying the technician who initially came out was great-professional and kind. Unfortunately, everything that followed has been extremely frustrating. After the windshield replacement, my windshield wiper sensor was not working. I called Safelite and was told it could be a calibration issue, so I scheduled a follow-up appointment. On the day of that appointment, no one showed up. While inconvenient, I understood that things happen and happily rescheduled. A technician eventually came back out and told my husband that the issue likely required a new sensor. He said the sensor would be ordered and that someone would follow up with me. That visit was almost two weeks ago, and I have not heard anything since. Today, I called Safelite’s main customer service line because I hadn’t received any updates. Unfortunately, they were also unable to reach this local location by phone. I was told a manager would be emailed and would contact me, but as of now, I still haven’t heard anything. While I do technically have a new windshield, my windshield rain sensor is not working…which is a major safety issue. These wipers were working prior to the repair. I’m sure Safelite has already been paid by my insurance company, yet I’m left without resolution or communication. I’m hoping this review gets someone’s attention so this can be resolved. The lack of follow-up and communication has been incredibly disappointing, and based on this experience, I would not recommend Safelite.

  First time every doing any glass claim through my insurance and having to choose a reputable shop to trust the work to be done on my S63 AMG. Only thing i can say is how thankful I am i chose these guys at Safelite! Make it clear I wanted a OEM DEALER part and they made that happen! Work was real professional.   After someone smashed my passenger side window to break into my car, I was pretty shaken. Safelite really helped to put me at ease. Though they couldn’t get me on the repairs schedule for a couple days, they told me I could go to any of their locations right away for a temporary window seal/cover. No questions asked. From beginning to end, they were friendly, helpful and professional. My auto insurance covered 100% of the cost. I recommend them 10 out of 10.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can’t say enough good things about our Safelite technician, A.D. From the moment he arrived, he was friendly, funny, and incredibly personable—he made what could’ve been an annoying windshield repair genuinely enjoyable. His professionalism and attention to detail were top-notch, and he clearly knew exactly what he was doing. What really set A.D. apart was his attitude. He kept things light, explained the process clearly, and made us feel completely at ease the entire time. Because of him alone, we will absolutely be using Safelite again in the future. If you’re lucky enough to get A.D. as your technician, you’re in great hands.
