- MMMillie Mpay4 days ago5.0I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this QT. I drive all the way from Charlotte to come to this one because the staff here are so sweet and accommodating, and the store is really clean and it seems bigger maybe because it's cleaner, but it's always clean when I go in. It always smells good and they have a lot of options. Even if they don't, I think they'll try to work with you. I came in today and didn't even buy anything. I just needed help putting air in my tires because I am pregnant and cannot bend over. The man at the counter did not hesitate to find someone to help me, even though, of course, they were super busy. Kira, who helped me, was so patient and kind and didn't even get upset or frustrated when she had to go back inside to find a gauge. In Charlotte, they would have given me all kinds of attitude and told me to figure it out myself. I'm not sure what y'all's experiences have been, but the QTs I have been to have never given me service like this. And can I repeat that the store is really clean!? Even the bathrooms. As a mother and a woman, it is obvious why this is important to me. Yes, I will keep driving here all the way from Charlotte for the service, the food quality, and the store cleanliness. They got my ordered mixed up at first then they made me a new pie apologized and gave me a 2 free drink coupons. I wasn’t mad or anything young kids working on weekends and I can understand they can mix up few orders but young guy on the register (I didn’t get his name) tall blonde longer hair checked on my pizza made sure it was correct and gave me 2 free drinks coupons. Not given 5 start bcs of drinks but how he handled the situation. 👍
