  Who is the Quik Trip employee that has the long braid with blonde hair behind the counter? Is this rude employee in Management? I was walking into QT and this Caucasian employee behind the counter made a statement to another employee who was stocking some items across from the counter where the registers are. Her statement to the young gentleman was loud, rude and unprofessional. Saying something like "it's taking you three hours". Someone in Upper Management needs to speak with this employee instead of calling out another employee for all to hear. Lucky for her, I'm not an employee or her coworker. She sure didn't need a microphone. He in return was too polite and responded, "Yes Ma'am".

  It’s about 10 o’clock Wednesday morning three of us standing in front of the bathroom. It’s blocked off. The guy comes out. Ask him how long he’s gonna be till he opened up. Tells me five minutes. 10 minutes goes by now probably about five of us standing out there waiting, and I asked the girl who worked there if she knew when the guy was gonna be finished she goes into the bathroom and he tells her he’s halfway done. I respect a man doing his job and taking as long as he has to, but this gentleman‘s nonchalant attitude and lack of respect for people he saw waiting for the bathroom was disrespectful and projected the image of a person who hates their job. Only reason why I’m writing this review is cause I go into QT’s all the time and the service is always over the top excellent and this gentleman is not like 99% of the people that worked there and unfortunately, I think he was management but whoever he is he gives all the good people that work there a bad name.

  A solid stop for fuel and snacks with competitive gas prices and friendly service. Clean pumps and convenience store make it easy for cars and trucks, though busy times can slow you down. Good for quick refuels and basics, but experiences may vary by location.

  I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this QT. I drive all the way from Charlotte to come to this one because the staff here are so sweet and accommodating, and the store is really clean and it seems bigger maybe because it's cleaner, but it's always clean when I go in. It always smells good and they have a lot of options. Even if they don't, I think they'll try to work with you. I came in today and didn't even buy anything. I just needed help putting air in my tires because I am pregnant and cannot bend over. The man at the counter did not hesitate to find someone to help me, even though, of course, they were super busy. Kira, who helped me, was so patient and kind and didn't even get upset or frustrated when she had to go back inside to find a gauge. In Charlotte, they would have given me all kinds of attitude and told me to figure it out myself. I'm not sure what y'all's experiences have been, but the QTs I have been to have never given me service like this. And can I repeat that the store is really clean!? Even the bathrooms. As a mother and a woman, it is obvious why this is important to me. Yes, I will keep driving here all the way from Charlotte for the service, the food quality, and the store cleanliness. Big thumbs up. And thanks again Kira.
