- SHShari HooverAug 18, 20251.0So sorry that I have to post this negative review, because I love a Quick Trip, normally. I stopped to get gas in my company truck this morning around 8AM. I ran in to use the restroom and get a couple of drinks for the day. I have never been in a Quick Trip bathroom that was dirty, let alone downright filthy, and I am forced to use porta-potties on construction sites at times. So my standards aren't that high. It was the women's restroom and it was truly nasty. Garbage overflowing, toilets dirty, waste cans mounted inside the stalls for feminine waste overflowing with nastiness, in all stalls. Those cans take some time to fill up, so these hadn't been emptied in a while. Toilet seats had mess on them. Not just one, all of them. Floor and tile walls are filthy with dirty water splatter. I'm sorry QT. but you really need to tighten up on this issue @ the South Blvd. location.
- MTM TOct 11, 20245.0Store #1070 7115 South Blvd, Charlotte, NC Ms. Brittany (the Manager) was Absolutely AMAZING 🌹 I went in at about 10:15 a.m. I was trying to figure out the updated coffee/latte station and I needed a little assistance. She Single Handedly double-teamed that line, ran to the back to check the product and came out to test it. She is Quick, knowledgeable and efficient. Ms. Brittany did it all with a smile and kindness. I have to add that her store was clean on the inside out and the women's restroom was Clean and fully stocked with essentials. She is a keeper and deserves support and a raise with the High Traffic of this store. Keep up the Good Work Ma'am, your beautiful smile makes a difference.
- FCF CJul 8, 20231.0What happened to this store! Worst QT I have ever been to. Filthy dirt inside and out. Literally stuck to the floor walking to the register. 4-5 fountain drinks were out. Grabbed a biscuit couldn’t even bit through it! Panhandlers in the parking lot, trash all over. Avoid this place.
