Me and husband went to Queen City Mitsubishi on September 23 to get a car. Everything went well , we left there with a car. Before we left I was told I needed to bring a copy of my paycheck.. I emailed Charles a copy of my paycheck on that Monday, but he kept saying he didn’t get it .. so I brought it to him. Then I wad told they need a bill with my name on them it… so I took that to them. Then I was told they needed a copy of my social security card. I told them that I did not have my card and that should have been discuss that with me when we got the car. Told them a had to order it. Then the phone calls started from Antwan and the general manager Jeff. Telling me if I don’t give them a copy of my card then I had to bring the car. I told them that I had order it and there’s nothing more I could do. I had already sent Antwan the print out
from when I had order it. Then the general manger Jeff called at 8:00 pm yelling telling me what I needed to do as if he scared me. Now we had this car for about 3 weeks at this time. If it wasn’t for my husband that car would have went back!! They are some of the most unprofessional group of people to deal with. And when your general manger is as nasty as the salesman’s that’s a problem.They don’t have to ever worry about me coming back. So… just he careful when dealing with these unprofessional people.
