Zaire is an incredibly great guy that goes the extra mile to get you in the right vehicle. He went over and beyond for me and my mom on our new Outlander. I do not recommend this place at all. I made it clear from the beginning I wanted to trade in the vehicle that I previously owned. Through the entire process my understanding was that my trade which I still owed on and had about $3000 negative equity, coupled with the newer vehicle, and incentives they so called offered me resulted in the high payment they said I would have. We get through the entire process. Papers signed, new vehicle gassed up, to congratulations being said. The salesman says to me “what do you want us to do with your car”? I reply” it’s yours I don’t care what you do with it”. He and the finance guy start talking in code then say to me they didn’t include the trade. I’m like WHAT? So, you think I’m about to leave here with 2 car payments? They had the nerve to ask me do I have anyone to take over the payments 🤔. The next day, the salesman contacted me and says “ This Eclipse has been funded by the bank however we are still trying to undo the process. Is there anything or anyone who could possibly takeover the payments of the other vehicle in case we can’t reverse this? I responded “ No, and I’m not taking the car because I explained it was a trade in. Needless to say, I didn’t hear back from them. So, be very careful when considering doing business with this dealership.

I want to give a great review to the car service team. In 2025 my 2017 had transmission' problems I got stuck in a snow by Mitsubishi. Both the men that fixed my car was great. They came and rescued me from the snow and brought me back to dealership.
I got a 2024 Mitsubishi which I love. A year later my car got crashed into so the car door drivers side would not open. Well they helped me open the door. I mean literally stuck his neck out to help me. I tried to at first attempt to cut a deal to get another vehicle. It didn’t work out but it is for the best. I love my Mitsubishi Mirage and wish they would continue to make them. I am a short woman so the outlander was a bit difficult for me due to my height. I’m sure that people over my height it will be the perfect suv for them
I want to give a honorable mention to sales man Antoine. He is generally a very caring man. He was chill and I think he cared how I can afford stuff. He even called insurance adjuster to help lower cost. I feel bad the deal didn’t go through as he worked hard to help but I know I got the right vehicle for me. It just fits me so well and it is beautiful even with the damage. Thank you to Steve car service manager and the car service team for all you do.
