About a year ago I had a great experience in service. They came and helped me in the snow.Steve in service is very professional. It was then I got my 2024 Mitsubishi.My 2017 at the time had transmission issues and it was fixed and then after it was fixed, it fell out again, so I decided to Get a new car. There was a salesman Quincy and he helped me get a car. I had no job nothing at the time and I was able to get a car because I had collateral at the bank I think
My bad experience was recently. My daughter and I went to the dealership to get another car because my other car got smashed by my daughter by accident. I was working for a department store at the time and it took so long and I kept telling them I needed to leave and they wouldn’t let me leave until the deal was done which the deal took over 7 hours. I drove away with the car. It was a car that was really big. I was you know my daughter wanted a bigger car but not really me. I wanted to have like a used car that they had on the lot, but they wouldn’t let me get anything used this part of the deal my main goal was to lower my payments and you know, and you don’t have a car a different car that you know didn’t have the damage unfortunate that I had. I thought all was good, but they did have something I signed, that terms could change. I had the car about three weeks when I got a call and they said that the deal is gonna be possibly pulled because I didn’t have a job. My manager got mad because I was there all day instead of being at work and the next day he laid me off for January 3. The other girl that worked with me got hired over me because she was there. It took me like a couple weeks, but I found a job finally and I’m starting this coming Wednesday Get hurt
So fast-forward to today, I was told that yeah the deal may be able to go through because I got a job, but they needed a paystub and it had to be a certain amount by the ninth which was the payment date that was agreed-upon. I said well can you extend it because I definitely have a job and they said no we can’t extend it past the ninth.. Then he said, I have to return the car until the deal would go through. It was at that point that I decided to not go through with the deal. It stinks because I did get a job, but it was I feel it was like you know a week or so too late by the time I got a job again Unfortunately this deal looks like it’s gonna be a no and void and so I just was like you know the fact that they were like oh we’re gonna take the car back leave me without a car for two weeks That’s what my deciding factor was to not continue with the business with them.
I’ll be honest I wasn’t sure you know they only gave me one choice of car. I really hate when they do that the car was kinda large and way too expensive. The car payment was going to be very high more than I wanted to pay. Yes, he did put his cards on the table. That would probably be a few hundred dollars more, but it was actually a little bit over. I came in hoping to grab the 2022 Toyota that they had that was used and for some reason that wasn’t allowed which may have given me lower payments that I wanted, but unfortunately that’s not what happened and so I decided to take back my old car that beat up. I’m just glad that I got a job now. It literally has been almost a month now it was December 26 and I started getting calls like a few like three weeks in into January.
Sad but tomorrow it looks like I got a return this car and you know lesson learned I’m never gonna do business with these people again except for maybe service

Don't fall for their ads or promotions that they claim to have about income being credit, like most dealerships this is just to get you in the door, the sales people will tell you one thing over the phone just to tell you something completely different in person, a waste of time, I was told over the phone they have all these wonderful opportunities to help trade out the vehicle even after i explained my current situation, then in person road block after road block, a waste of time
