  Don't rent a truck from here. Pickup was great in Myrtle beach, but called the drop off location and asked if it was okay if we dropped it off around lunch time and a guy said "yea that's fine just leave the key in the lockbox", neglected to check the key box before he left and then lied to his manager. We were charged for 3 days when we had the truck 48 hours. Ridiculous.

  I met Wesley last night at the fuel pump, Wonderful human being, served at his best, Treated me like a vip while im only a beat up truck driver,I've been in so many penske locations never like this one,words can't describe how I felt when I left the station Thank and keep up the good work

  I hired them to move from NC to FL, and the whole experience was horrible. First, they give me a truck with no gas, at pick up. Then they hook the dolly to tote my car but don’t at all tell me how to do it. I had to YouTube it. And while I understand they cannot assist for liability concerns, there was zero direction on the proper way to do so. You would think if you rent out equipment you would at least give directions. Next, the drive door didn’t fully close, so it rattled the entire 10 hour drive. Additionally, the truck bed was so filthy, I ended up having to spend $480 to get my couch cleaned from the amount of gunk that was on my couch. (Added a photo as I was getting it cleaned and you can see the dirt even after the first pass of them cleaning it). I also had to have my rug cleaned because the dirt on it from the truck. Even the inside of the truck was nasty. It looked like something sticky was spilled and not cleaned it. It smelled horrible and was dirty. When I finally made it to FL to unload the truck, the battery dies and the truck is stuck in the middle of my apartment complex parking lot. It took 2 hours to get someone to come out from roadside assistance. While they are the cheapest, I ended up spending a lot more money and could’ve just went with a more expensive company with better care. The only reason for 2 stars is while the entire experience sucked, the gentleman was nice. And these days that deserves recognition. But I likely will never go with Penske again.

  Always willing to look at truck when I feel there is an issue and if there is one it’s taken care of right away and fixed when said truck would be. Bobby House is a great service manager to deal with and looks out for the drivers Saftey with the trucks . Always have a great experience when dealing with him. Getting fuel Wesley is right on it with window wash and fluid checks and even eyeballing my tires. Great experience all around
