Since his assistants were tied up with other vehicles and I had my kids with me, he decided to work on the vehicle himself so that my kids would not be fuzzy and cranky spending a lot of time at a tire shop. If that is not “Providing a family atmosphere”, I do not know what is.

They're fast, fair and provide outstanding service. I go to them for anything and everything going on with my car, and if they can't service it, they'll recommend where to go or what to do. Tough to find a car service place like them and highly recommend.

As I watched the display show the pressure quickly dropping, I searched for the nearest tire store on Google and found this nearby NTB/Mavis shop. I called the number to make sure they could take me on short notice and got confirmation that they could work me in. I rolled into the store worried about getting price gouged or up sold on new tires. Instead I was pleasantly surprised when they worked me in quickly and told me I just had a hole that they could repair without me having to buy a new tire. Chris at the front desk said they had checked the other tires and he told me when they likely would all need to be replaced. I went ahead and had him check pricing and finance options to get a rough estimate for when I am ready to get new ones. There were no hard sale practices and the price estimates were reasonable. When I am ready to get new tires, I will be coming back.
