  I was at a nearby store shopping . When I got in my car to leave it would not start. i walked over to this location to see if anyone could help. Cali was extremely helpful. He went above and beyond and had great customer service. He tested my battery and jumped my car so that I could drive over and have it replaced. It was a time consuming process due to the battery being difficult to get to as well as my car being difficult to jump. He was great! Thank you

  I had an excellent experience here today. I came in because I needed my brake light replaced quickly since I have court in the morning. At first they didn’t immediately see the issue, which made me realize the officer who pulled me over probably just wanted to meet his quota. However, the staff was patient and took the time to check everything again carefully. They discovered that the light was actually very dim and needed to be replaced, and they fixed it right away. While they were working, they also took the time to point out some preventative things I should be aware of, like my tires being bald and needing replacement soon. They explained the option of applying for a credit card that would allow me to get the tires done today. I decided to decline because I didn’t want a credit check, but I really appreciated them making me aware of my options without any pressure. They also asked if I had any other concerns, which I appreciated. I was able to get my windshield wipers replaced while I was there. I also asked them to fill my windshield washer reservoir, and when they checked it, they noticed there was actually a leak that would require replacing the reservoir. They clearly explained the issue and the pricing, and when I told them I couldn’t do that repair today, they were completely understanding. Overall, the team was extremely professional, patient, and helpful. The environment was clean and comfortable. I was able to sit down, charge my phone, and relax while everything was being handled. They worked efficiently and had me in and out in no time. I really appreciate how thorough and respectful they were, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing car service.

  Had an awesome experience with Chip! Had an unfortunate situation with a flat tire that had to be replaced. He kindly explained services and provided me with a warranty that will protect me in case this happens again in the future. Fast, respectful, and reliable services. Will be coming back to this location!

  I recently brought my car to NTB and the manager, Chip, is amazing! Not only did he communicate everything clearly and honestly, but he was also patient with me while I looked into a warranty before moving forward with the services. I had a decent amount done, but his team finished quickly and I think prices were overall pretty reasonable.
