- MCMatt Curtin3 days ago1.0The car was ok however I was charged for half gallon of gas. $2.52. I filled the car up just outside the airport until the pump shut itself off. I don't know how it was calculated to be a half gallon low but since this is not a reimbursable expense my travel expense claim was denied and returned. This is very frustrating. The gas gauge was on full. What system are you using to calculate the amount and why are you not explaining this when the car is rented.

Only suggestion - as good as the quick turnaround of the vehicles is and the EASE of rental and selection - making sure the windows and mirrors are clean is important with any vehicle.
- KKKaran KhokarNov 17, 20253.0I have Executive level but I get the same cars as normal Emerald, so renting cars for so long to get to Executive level doesn't have any benefits really. It also depends on the agent on site - they may allow you a free upgrade or may not. Some agents are nice and kind, and some are not easy to deal with as they don't allow any requests to be made. Average experience and I hope it was outstanding.

And it did indeed rain… ill spare the rest of the details of the story. Customer service responded well to us by giving us a discount on this car and promising a discount on the next. Customer service definitely turned a 2/3 star into a 4 star.
