  WOW WOW WOW. What a great experience and who made it that way Renita. GREAT Customer Service Rep. After several hours dealing with an off site car rental place and not getting a car which had a reservation and going back to the airport thinking how am I going to get home, RENITA to the rescue. Kind, knowledgeable, totally understanding. She said "we got this, it's going to be ok." And she make it happed. I was blessed to meet her and she totally took care of my needs. I want her on my team of work if she ever moves to my neck of the woods I'd pick her up in a heartbeat. GREAT JOB RENITA Thank you !!!!!

  The Emerald Aisle experience with National at the Charlotte airport has always been awesome for me. Just walking in, finding the car in the aisle (of which there are always plenty available), and taking less than a minute to get through the exit gate and on the way is a real bonus, especially after a long plane flight. Just dropping off, leaving the keys in the car, and heading off is also awesome when you're on a time crunch to get to your flight.

  No stars. I was quoted $350.67 for a three day rental. I was charged $722.97. I dropped off at Raleigh vs. CLT. Which I called and notified them. I have been trying to get in touch with the airport for over 3 days and have heard nothing back. I have now filed fraudulent charges with my Visa card. The company I work for advised me to do so as my quoted price went up 103%. I even turned the car in 3 hrs early. It was not a matter of picking it up early or dropping it off late. Terrible experience. Especially as an Emerald elite customer. I will now verify my charges before letting the agent walk away. I wish I could rate them no stars!!!

  I had an excellent experience with National Car Rental in Charlotte, North Carolina! From start to finish, the entire team was professional, efficient, and welcoming. Roger went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of — his customer service was top-tier and truly appreciated. I originally booked my reservation through Smitty, who was also awesome and made the process smooth and easy from the very beginning. Everyone I encountered was friendly, helpful, and made the experience seamless. I will definitely be renting from this location again. Highly recommend!

  We originally booked with Hertz three weeks before our trip because we were flying into an airport nearly two hours from where we were staying and needed a rental for four days. Upon arrival, we learned that Hertz had severely overbooked their vehicles and had nothing available for us despite our confirmed reservation. The Hertz counter advised us that all other rental companies were in the same situation, but we decided to check for ourselves anyway. Thankfully, Enterprise Rent-A-Car / National Car Rental did have a vehicle available in the size we needed (seating for seven), and their customer service was excellent. We were helped much more quickly at their counter, and the vehicle was exactly what we needed. The pickup and drop-off process went perfectly smoothly, and we had zero issues — they very much saved our trip.
