One of my tires blew out and I had a warranty. I went to Mr. Tire immediately and they were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and took care of me right away. Come to find out they are under new management and have multiple master service mechanics who take extreme pride in their work. It also seems that everything is overseen well in this shop. The new manager was a young man named Eric who was very professional and accommodating. I will definitely be returning to Mr. Tire on Monroe Road for my service needs and any new tires going forward.
