  Their website asked for all the information and recommended a set of tires. When I got to the store they told me those are the wrong size and the ones they had were way more expensive. Showing people a cheaper price to get them to book an appointment just to end up charging them more. That’s so misleading.

  Love these guys! Kind and knowledgeable. They took me same day toward the end of the day. I came to visit my son at UNCC. Headlights were out in my son's car and I wanted to make sure they were fixed before I left. We added an oil change too!

  From the moment we walked in, Brad was very helpful. Everyone there was friendly, welcoming, and made the whole experience easy. There were no issues whatsoever, and the service was great from start to finish. Thank you to Ivan and Brad for being so kind and professional. I will definitely be returning back and highly recommend this tire place to anyone looking for great customer service and quality care!

  Brad jumped to my rescue immediately! I’m a college student who knows very little about cars and my car was telling me I needed air in it. He found a nail in my tire and patched me up with no problem! He made me feel extremely comfortable and confident that I was going to be taken care of! Such a relief. Great job guys!

  Great Customer Services, friendly and great communication. My Honda CRV 2017 was shaking when speeding to 70 mph after got tires changed by somewhere else. When I got to Mavis Tire & Brakes for a tires balance needed. Brad was the one helping me and kindly explained to me and also letting me know that they having a special that week. So, I also get a discounted instead paid full prices. After the mechanic finished balance mine tires. My car runs smooth again. Thank you Brad and Mechanic for a Great Service!!
