One was very punctual and very polite he solved my problem and gave me extra information that I was totally unaware of that will make sure my vehicle will continue to run at its peak performance. This is the place to come to whenever you need vehicle repairs.

I watched the car the whole time and checked them after. They are all in the same place. I also had to ask if my car was ready as I sat in the waiting room for 20 minute after they backed it out. They also left the shifter knob a disgusting mess. Very convenient location but not worth the dishonesty.

Started at the location near (park road), recently moved to uncc area now today I am at the location on (university city blvd). They are always nice and talk to you with respect and have the best rates I’ve ever seen. I have a mavis credit card as well! Special shoutout to OCTAVIA and IVAN for their hospitality and information/feedback about my vehicle on today. Definitely will be choosing MAVIS for all my car needs! P.S: I’m also a manager in restaurant industry so I know how much of an impact google reviews make, so again thanks for your dedication and efficient service.
