For some reason, living in Charlotte has been a challenge for me because every month or two, I pick up nails in my tires and Jaime and Ivan always welcome me and take care of things for me the best way possible. They are the best o found in the region.

He is an asset to this location. Always customer service minded and so friendly. My friend recently came in last minute without an appointment and had a nail in her tire. They took care of her immediately and she could get back on the road and continue her travels safely to the mountains. I had very attentive and fast service for an oil change right before the holidays and they fit me in immediately again without a scheduled appointment. This is my go to place for tires and oil changes. Highly recommend them if you are in the university area!
