  Ask for AJ! He did a great job helping me decide on tire replacement. Communication was excellent. I was able to get serviced with this team right away. I would recommend coming here. It was a pleasure working with the staff here.

  I walked in with out appointment today. And even though things were already booked up and busy at the time. Mavis tire with a guy name Aj was able to help me. I was here for my tire leaking air. I was hoping to get a tire patch but tire was not able to be repaired. Aj helped find affordable tire. Great customer service I recommend coming here

  I went in today thinking that one thing was wrong with my car but the team was able to quickly point me in the right direction of the issue. AJ took excellent care of me! He made many useful suggestions and talked through my options with me. Excellent customer service all around and I’ll be back for my routine maintenance appointments from now on!

  So this was my first time at any Mavis shop and the experience was horrible. I stayed there from 3pm til closing and they didn't honor the price given to me by the sales person. I was forced to pay for more expensive tires that I was previously given a deal on, $99.99 per tire because they had already taken my tire off to replace with the Green Max tires. The Green Max tire for some strange reason didnt properly connect with my rims and they told me it ripped the lining of the new tire when forcing it to go on the rim. The manager told me that they have that problem with that particular tire a lot. After recalling the sales person we agreed to the same price for the Arroyo Grand Sport tire, plus for my time being wasted. The sales person told me he would call me back after finalizing the sale and never did. That forced me to pay the regular price of the tires because my time had been taken. I surely thought the next day cooperate would have the store to honor the price told to me because it was on record. They told me the regional manager had the final say so and he told me he could only give me back $50 from what was supposed to be $232. I have never heard of a business that doesn't honor the price told to the customer. That is extremely bad business and unfair. Also, at the beginning they told me I had to pay 9.99 for new stems on each tire("requirement"), basic black stem caps. They took and kept my silver chrome stem caps that I didn't know was gone until I got home. Normal technicians would have put my special stem caps in my cup holder. I begin to wonder if this was some sort of scheme to get certain people out of their money. Never put in a good review before the job is done, I made that mistake as well. I later looked at the price for the same tires at Walmart and Walmart's regular price was better than the so called deal they were supposed to give me. You don't do things like that to people, especially good people. That was a clear sign for me to never return to any Mavis shops.
