Walked in at 850am to get work done, “manager” said this would be perfect time to drop the car off since no one else is waiting, called in around 130 to check the tell me they just got the bolts off and it should be done shortly. Called back at 5 job was not done and when I picked up the car, it was in worse condition then when I dropped it off. Unreliable place, had multiple people walking in with complaint while I was there. Called out of work for them to tell me he doesn’t have a mechanic to help with the issue they messed up. In addition, they had someone not qualified working on my car. Then manager charged me for work that was not done, stay away.

After waiting for an hour and a half myself, I informed the staff that I would need to reschedule, as I was unable to remain any longer. I was also informed that the tires I viewed online were listed at a lower price; however, an explanation for the price difference could not be provided. To address the inconvenience, I was offered a $30 discount, along with an additional $10 discount to account for the pricing confusion. I appreciate the team’s efforts to resolve the situation.
