- MJMrs. JenniferFeb 22, 20265.0Today I had the opportunity to see true leadership and top notch customer service at a business which seems like a thing of the past. Kevin and his team are great. It seemed like there was a lot going on during my visit but I must say the employees were poised and professional. There was an occurrence where someone came in and wanted something done to their car. I couldn’t quite understand the request because I myself am not savvy with mechanics lingo but what I do know is the customer was not so pleasant and quite demanding in his request. Based on my observations and what I did understand is that his request could’ve possibly led to a liability for the business. I am one that does not believe the customer is always right because we are not even though most will play that card to get something free or to complain. The young man did mention he was going to write a review. I normally would not write a review but today I felt the need to make sure I recognized this business because today my experience here was a good one. Keep up the good work.

Both over the phone and in person, I was met with a condescending tone and unprofessional attitude. I took time out of my day and traveled to the store, only to leave without receiving assistance. There appeared to be a lack of leadership and urgency, as several customers were visibly frustrated after waiting for over an hour. Professionalism and basic customer service standards were not demonstrated during my visit. I would not recommend this location based on my experience

He didn't have me sitting there too long and he explained in detail everything that they were going to do and that needed done. He also went above and beyond by researching parts for me and giving me recommendations. His college Rick handed roses out to every person in the store. They gave us the kindest most welcoming service !! Filled with knowledge and time management aswell . I would recommend this place for all tyre and inspections needs!! This is now my forvever go to place. Thank You Kevin and Rick
