- AAAshleyNov 17, 20251.0I had damage to my tire and looked for a place close to me with decent reviews… after my experience, do not be fooled by the ratings. I had a 9am appointment. When I got there, I was told it would take 2 hours. I didn’t have a choice but to wait for my car. It wasn’t even taken back until 10:40… please explain the purpose of an appointment time if the car doesn’t get moved until almost 2 hours after the set time. 3 hours later, I finally got my car. When I drove off, it started to shake but stopped. It was when I got onto the interstate that my VSA light came on… so I had to turn back around and have them check it out. The technician ended up putting a tire with the wrong size sidewall on. The price I paid for the service was not worth it or even the correct price I received when booking. The folks were no help so I ate the cost today. I would recommend you looking elsewhere for tire needs and better service.

I brought the damaged tire to Mavis Tires, and within an hour they had it repaired and ready to go. The gentleman at the front desk (I wish I remembered his name!) was extremely helpful, professional, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Speaking of which, open Accident to pay my bill, he explained that today’s service would be complementary and on the house. Perfect way to turn a bad day into a great one.This was my fourth experience with Mavis, and just like the previous times, they delivered phenomenal service. I really appreciate their consistency, efficiency, and customer care. Mavis has definitely earned my trust and continued business!
