Austin, specifically, was a dream to work with when getting my new tires and alignment completed. I was even able to go back for a tire check, turns out it was a sensor issue, thanks a lot jeep, but they were so helpful in setting me up an appointment ASAP! Tbh, going to any type of mechanic experience has always been a bit nerve racking for me. I've definitely been taken advantage for lack of knowledge from other places. However, this Mavis location specifically, thanks to Austin and Carlos, never made me feel even a tiny bit uneasy. They answered all of my questions and provided education about things I didn't even know about. They told me pros and cons of certain options, i.e warranty, tire pricing and longevity, and truly respected my budget and what I felt like a good fit. As long as I'm in Charlotte, this will be where I go for what they offer!

The tires I ordered online were $107.99 per tire. The price I was charged was $127.98. At Walmart I can get these tires (same day) for $72.57 !!! That's not a slight difference in price, that is ridiculous - over 150% ! This is absolutely disappointing, especially for a place that advertises as "Discount Tires". Just wow!
