  This is purely my experience, but I understand the issues people have had. I went to an event at BofA stadium that probably had 25,000 people, so far fewer than Metallica. Came down Church Street from 277 about 45 mins before start. Zipped right down to the deck and pulled in. They had someone scanning codes so it went quickly. Tip: try to book parking for that window through the LAZ website. It was hourly ($11) and not the $40 event parking. The deck is right next to the stadium just be sure to go out that Mint Street side otherwise you walk out on Church. I left early, and had no trouble getting out. Here is the problem. The parking exit is on Church and forces you onto 277, which in theory is fine. But every other lot and deck up Church empties down that way also. So unless someone lets you merge, you can’t get out of the deck. That is, each car coming out of the deck must wait until someone lets them out…which is never. So the 2 hour wait is probably the time it takes for every other deck and lot to empty down Church Street. This deck is new and it’s fantastic if it’s a smaller event or you are leaving early. But if you are trying to leave a large event with everyone else, I would not recommend it. Go sit in a bar for a hour or so and then leave.

  Bought parking ahead of time for the football game. Yes there is someone there to direct you when you come in to park but when it’s done there is nobody directing traffic to exit. We sat in the parking lot for an hour and a half to try to get out. They are fast to take your money but nowhere to be found to help get people out efficiently or safely. So don’t buy parking here.

  Absolutely the work parking deck in Charlotte, game over at 4:15, still setting in the parking on the 12th floor at 5:14, no moment at all. I want a full refund!!!

  You can’t get out of here after a Panthers game. Just avoid this place. I was parked on 11th floor and I’m about an hour in and on the 8th floor. For real.

  Reserved this garage for a Panthers game to proximity of stadium. The staff did have 2 people at entrance scanning your tickets so entry goes quickly. After the game you won’t be able to get out for 90 minutes. No joke! We were on the 11th deck and set for 90 minutes with no movement. It took 2 hours to leave the garage. I only write this review so you’re not stuck like we were. Only park here if you leave the game early, park on floor 1/2 or plan on eating somewhere nearby after the crowds leave. The garage itself is nice, great elevators, direct walking access to stadium. Tiny parking spots for compact cars. The police won’t direct traffic at this garage until the streets are cleared. Never again!
