- KMKim MNov 30, 20255.0We stayed at the Hyatt adjacent to this deck. They only offered valet. This deck was a fantastic affordable alternative. The security guards were nice. We read very bad review for Preferred Parking lots (which are all over Charlotte, and just as close as LAZ from Hyatt) of either cars getting broken into our being charged twice. We did not want to deal with that, so we chose this lot instead and glad we found it!! We paid $45 for 3 days.
