  This garage is an absolute scam. We were visiting from ATL and trying to get to Barley & Burger restaurant. The map led us straight to this address, so we pulled in—only to realize within seconds that the restaurant wasn’t there at all. We were inside the garage for less than two minutes (the timestamp on the ticket even proves it), and they still charged us $8. It’s outrageous and honestly put a damper on the entire trip. At this point, I can’t even recommend Barley & Burger because their listed address sends people straight into this mess. Pure craziness from start to finish.

  Horrible customer service. I drove around for 3 minutes and they charged me $10. Would not recommend this place to leave your vehicle. The “manager” Levi was not any help and just made the visit worse. I’d highly recommend a new “manager” be put in his place cause complaints like this will likely continue. Thanks for nothing.

  This is one of the most convenient garages in Uptown. It’s clean, feels safe, and is open 24/7. I really like that you can access the Ivey’s Hotel and Marriott City Center indoors. Well lit and easy to get around.

  We recently parked at 101 Independence Center for an Uptown event, and the experience was top-notch from the moment we arrived. The event staff was incredibly helpful they guided us with clear directions, made sure we knew exactly where to go, and even assisted us with getting a ticket into the garage when we pulled up. It’s rare to find staff who are both friendly and efficient, especially during busy event times, but they made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The garage itself is clean, safe, and easy to navigate, which is why we continue to choose it whenever we’re in Uptown. Highly recommend 101 Independence Center for both the facility and the exceptional customer service!

  This is hands down the cleanest and safest parking garage in all of Uptown. My wife works in this area and we’ve been monthly parkers here for years even through COVID so we’ve seen the garage over a long period of time. Yes, the rates have increased, but I’ve always told my wife that her safety is the number one priority, and this garage delivers that peace of mind every single day. The facility is always spotless, well-lit, and secure. We recently had a Christmas party uptown and left our car overnight without a single issue. That level of reliability says everything. If you’re looking for parking in Uptown and want a place where safety, cleanliness, and professionalism are clearly the top priorities, 101 Independence Center is worth every penny. Highly recommend!
