There was no time for the oil to start to lubricate before reving the truck to high rpm’s. When I got back in my truck everything from my glove box was scattered all over the floorboard and passenger seat and the glove box was left open. I couldn’t have been less satisfied. I wouldn’t recommend anyone go to this location.

I agreed. he stated he was going to look at the car see to what promotion fit my needs.This promotion included oil change and tire rotation. However I waited for hours there. After left my car had a rattling sound and was vibrating a little. It felt like I was driving on a flat tire. I felt every bump or slightest crack in the rode. I also felt like I was driving a boat. They put me in a very dangerous situation. I went back they claim I needed tire weights, timing belt and bunch of other things. So fast forward got the tires changed back to the way they were originally. My car is driving fine now after I had them change it. The guy at the front desk was acting nonchalant about it. Like he could care less. I explained to them my car wasn’t sounding like that before I brought to them.Then was trying to charge me inconveniencing by charging me for tire weights that I didn’t need . Now I got to question if I even got oil.
