For reference I drive a 2021 Kia Rio. They charged me for an emissions state inspection as well as for a signature oil change. They also Up-charged the windshield wipers required for passing my inspection based on lobby prices. The prices listed in their lobby or online significantly differed from the charge shown in my bill. They recommended I get an engine flush and injection (on a newer car) by showing me the dirty oil from my oil change. The site claims to take 15 minutes (while I waited for 2hrs) as well as to have coupons available. The lack of consent for upcharges disqualified the use of the coupon I had for a conventional oil change. In addition, upon driving home my alignment also appeared to be disrupted and will need further inspection. I did agree to a tire rotation, however my car drives worse than it did prior. I am extremely disappointed in my experience and warn people against using this site unless you are extremely specific in your request for services and double check the bill. His service comment was also for me to “SMILE!!!”
