Stressed and cautious about the distance driven to not cause damage, I routed to the closest oil change location. I was nervous to let anyone other than specialized dealer working on the gwag but was reassured in the confidence provided by the two employees. The employees were very accommodating and took me in on the fly before closing at that. They did a very good job, explained what they were doing and was in and out in less than an hour, start to finish. The prices were extremely fair for the labor involved. It is not often that I write a review but was blown away by not only the professionalism but the care provided. Jiffy lube is very lucky to have the two employees working there.

He took the time to explain exactly what was wrong, showed me, and made sure it was handled before it turned into a disaster. That level of attention and honesty is rare. Every visit, he’s professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about the safety and longevity of my car. I trust him completely and won’t take my vehicle anywhere else.
