- YYy Y1 day ago1.0Thought I'd give jiffy lube a try, definitely was the first and last time. I will not be returning to this place for an oil change again. I had a non-professional car maintenance friend show me they didn’t even put the crush washer back on with the drain plug. Had leak from this missing piece and my car started sounding funny shortly after. I thought it was just my car burning more oil at first but it was because of this missing washer. It was $100+ for just an oil change and a free oil leak thrown in there. Trust me, it is cheaper for oil change at the dealership (for $60) where they have basic oil changing skills. It’s best for everyone to learn how to change their own oil, if they’re able to, or find a trusted business. I learned a valuable lesson. I will be personally taking care of my own oil change from now on because honestly it is one of the easiest car maintenance skill to learn. Search YouTube or ask friends who do their own oil changes, this is how I learned to change my own car oil.

I called the next day and they said that would have been extra. Because the indicator light was on I would have liked to have been asked if I wanted it to be topped off but I wasn’t asked.

"#1 TRUSTED FAST OIL CHANGE*" That asterisk is 100% necessary, I arrived at about 11:00 with 2 cars getting oil changes already in the bay, I didn't leave the place until a little after 12. it wasn't a short staff issue either, they had 4 people working.
