    Jamie was the best! I had my car serviced there for a ABS sensor and they completed it but the the next day the ABS light came on. I called and Jamie said to bring it back. Jamie worked for 2 hours and found the culprit why the light was one. He fixed it and didn’t charge me. Very honest.. I will have my car serviced there as long ad Jamie is there!

    Was referred to Goodyear at Piper Glen Station by the service department at CarMax for warranty work on BMW 535I. Warranty was denied because Goodyear at Piper Glen Station service writer stated that there was rust on the rear spring. Goodyear's quoted charge for the repair was $1250.00. Called Hendrix BMW dealership for a comparison repair quote. Part cost - approximately $369 retail and service labor for two hours at $200/hour. Total cost approximately $769. Also called CarMax to question the validity of the cause of failure of the spring. The repair was ultimately completed by CarMax under warranty because the part was deemed defective. Complaint - 1. Poor diagnosis of cause of the spring failure. 2. Repair cost; Goodyear at Piper Glen's charge is 66% more than even the BMW dealership. 3. Charged $158 (down from the original charge of $225 because the service manager approved a discount) for the inspection. Based on photos, the break was obvious and spotted immediately. 4. This repair should have been an open and shut case handled in a matter of hours at Goodyear at Piper Glen Station. Instead, it took days and multiple phone calls to get the car repaired.
