On Sept. 18, 2025, I stopped by (one of my tires needed air/pressure light was on). One of the employees tried inflating the tire, but noticed it was not fully inflating (he discovered a nail in it). He said I needed a new tire and asked if he should he go ahead and order (I am entrusting him since car repairs are not my area of expertise). I was later told (from another auto service) that this could have been repaired with a patch (I am not saying that my car did not need a new tire), however, I could have been given an explanation as to why a patch would not work in this case. Also, (as I was waiting), one of the mechanics informed me that the wipers needed to be replaced, and the labor cost for wiper replacement was $25.00 (I remember Jamie telling me cost was $10.00, not $25.00). I have lost trust in Goodyear Piper Station, and have decided to take my business elsewhere.
