I am a Lyft driver and am so appreciative of the work that Goodyear provides for my vehicle! The customer service is on point to let you understand what is going on with your car and very clear at letting you know what needs to be done! Highly recommend!

Even when making about the customer service is trash. I rent a vehicle from lyft so I deal with this location often. They dont even look me in the face when I come in, I thought maybe someone was having a bad day but its always a nasty attitude no matter the issue I come up there with. Today my check engine light came on, I set a appointment from 9am and as always the clerk was rude and didnt even acknowledge me standing in front of him as he called someone behind me to get their keys. Long story short, I've been here since 9am and now its 2:22pm and no has even came out to tell me whats wrong with my vehicle if this wasn't a mandatory site for lyft rentals I'd never come here again.

I went to Goodyear to get an inspection completed. I was I had the unfortunate encounter with Billy. His customer service skills were -1,000,000 and he was lowkey rude. If I wasn’t required to go back there I certainly wouldn’t. He didn’t explain the process and was terrible to deal with. I hope when I go back I get to deal with someone else.
