They had the worst customer service. I had a issue with a tire and the employee would not take a minute just to help me or even attempt because i didn't have an appointment.

I scheduled an appointment at this location, as I used to use their services pretty frequently once upon a time. When I showed up I was told there wasn’t a technician available until later. I recognize things come up, so I wasn’t so upset that they were short staffed, but I was more so rubbed the wrong way in that I would have really appreciated a heads up before making a trip out there just to cancel my appointment and leaving. I don’t think I’ll be coming back. I fear their customer service isn't all that great. It’s not bad, but more than anything I want to feel like they care about my concerns and time as much as I do.

Scheduled an appointment for 2:30 pm, it took them 2 hours to start service on my car. When I asked the associate why it was taking so long, he said "OH it was scheduled as a drop off so we don't do it right away." Even when I presented evidence that I had scheduled the appointment for 2:30pm, he still claimed it was a drop off and not an actual appointment, but then said you're car is next in line. This service should have been completed in an hour or so...now late for work thanks to the incompetence.
