  I wanted to extend my thanks to Gerber Collision team. Beginning with the front desk receptionist' he was exceptional, very professional and helpful. The estimator Melisa Robles took pictures of the damage and gave me the process, as to what to expect once my damaged vehicle was dropped off. Gerber worked directly with my insurance company and my insurance adjuster and kept me informed with updates. Although, it was a rocky start at the beginning due to the complexity of the claims for my vehicle, once that hurdle was overcome it was smooth sailing until completion. Inaddition, a Gerber estimator smoothed out a few minor hiccups at the end. Lastly I want to thank the team at Gerber Colision the final result was beyond my expectations! My vehicle looks great! Gerber Collision center 5 Star!

  Completed and very happy with repair. Staff was super friendly and exceeded expectations - they were incredibly patient and super communicative. I’ve never had to file an insurance claim before, so I was a little intimidated going in, but they made the process extremely easy and painless! They worked super well with both State Farm and Hertz.

  I really appreciated the text updates and the care the team took in keeping me informed. Jessica was really great about explaining the process to me, and followed up when one of the parts that I needed had been changed by the manufacturer. I was expecting a headache when my car first was hit but the Gerber team was excellent and made it easy. Thank you all!

  Wow, what a fantastic experience. This shop is like no other. Jeff and Melisa both gave me a a professional experience from start to finish. I was greeted like a friend, like I was welcomed and already knew them, but handled so professionally and promptly. It’s rare to find employees that have this level of both emotional intelligence and job knowledge. They answered my questions concisely, thoughtfully and calmly. On top of that, my car was left in better shape than I originally had it. Not only was the damaged repaired, but it was cleaned more than before, inside and out l! Would highly recommend.

  Best service ever, i got into an accident which prevented my passenger door from opening i took it to them and they fixed within 3 mins, in and out with good customer service , 10/10 recommend !!
