  Brought car in nail in tire. Said cant fix due to a patch being 2 inches away from screw. Said tires are 2/32 so need tires anyway. Offered off brand tires or B grade for $900. Declined, went to another chain tire store and said can fix tire and said my tires are 5/32. That is my experience.

  If you value your time and energy, please, don’t the go to this place. 3 times (last one was Feb 13, 2026) we came to do state inspection here, and all these times they had issues with system. Today Feb 13 my husband left his car for inspection, they said it will be ready in an hour. He came back, car wasn’t ready, because they couldn’t do it due to the system being down. They didn’t even call to let him know. Absolute trash.

  After 15 years I have to say NO MORE!! The last couple of years I have had several incidents where the professionalism of the staff was questionable. On This Day I had to say for the third time STOP what you are doing and call a supervisor. Just watching the way the service was performed makes me think twice about how much damage will be caused if I don’t stop them. I have had several incidents during those 15 years ( missing engine, cover, missing oil caps, broken dashboard, loose oil filters, parts missing (bolt missing in the caliper of the brake pad on passenger side), etc) arguably due to lack of training or expertise of the mechanics; I have been Justifying the incidents as regular human error and that is my own fault. But when it becomes routine not just in my personal vehicle but also in the other family vehicles, I have to be very cautious about what kind of service we are getting. I don’t think it’s safe for me or my family members to keep taking our cars here anymore. Finally I want to thank them for all those years they helped us and kept our vehicles running.
