The family member is at a Panthers game in Charlotte and the car overheats and shuts down. All I knew was that it needed to go to a Charlotte location and we chose this one. By 8am the next morning, the pros at this store were in touch with me every step of the way. Even coordinating with my Express techs in Simpsonville. They promised the car would be ready for pick up at 1:30. It was and the repair was perfect and the price was very fair! I have been a fan of this brand for some time and this is why! Great Job Guys!!
