When I asked for an explanation of my services, she just repeated what she said without any explanation. I clearly cannot fix my car myself, hence why I am bringing it to you, an expert. I'd like to understand how you serviced my vehicle. Their prices and what they do to your car are a scam. The other man in the waiting room with me declined the service that was offered and told me he'd go elsewhere. I did the same.
