Just a great shop. Have brought my 911 in twice for service. Ben has taken great care of me as an underwriter dealing with my semi hectic schedule and not letting me reaching out at strange times feel like a burden. Super communicative and just easy to work with. Paired up with Adam up front I was always kept in the loop on my car and truly felt like my car and myself was their priority. Would strongly suggest them to anyone looking for a quality shop for any European car.

Updating my review to a 1 star as the initial review was offered as an extra discount prior to examining our car…. This place is crooked! Took our vehicle in for a clutch replacement, was quoted as expected (we own only manual vehicles in our home and so this isn't our first rodeo). I would like to also preface that my fiancee studied and instructed auto mechanics for years before following a separate career. He was fully capable of making this repair if we had the necessary time or tools needed and being new to Charlotte - we had neither. After a day, he received a late call advising him to replace the flywheel, and my fiancee declined as he didn’t feel that repair was needed and the quote was pretty steep, so he instead agreed to void the warranty in return for ignoring the recommendation. He was then haggled and argued back and forth about doing this repair but he stuck to his ground… Was told we could pick up our vehicle at a specific time the next day - great! The time conflicted with our schedule a bit since we both had work and the car was 20+ minutes away, no big deal - my fiancee was okay with being dropped off early and just waiting the hour and a half at the shop… While we were greeted nicely, they did reiterate our pickup time almost like they didn’t want us there. So i chimed in explaining why we were there and asked if it was possible to pay before i left and had him waiting, which we did… Shop had no communication to my Fiancee, the pickup time came and went. Eventually my fiancee went to check on the car and the mechanic complained that he felt pressure and requested he leave the building - which he did, but they were closing in like an hour with no update… Finally he gets a call to pick up his car just before closing on a Friday, they start it and it makes a God awful noise. He refused to take the car or pay anymore because we didn’t drop it off in that condition. My Fiancee argued if they were sure they replaced everything in the Clutch Kit that THEY CHARGED US FULL PRICE FOR, And they kept saying “yes”… but nope days go by and finally get an update that they in fact tried pulling one over, only replaced the clutch and not the gauges that were included in the kit meaning they tried profiting even more off us and would most-likely charge the next customer full price for the same parts that should’ve been in OUR VEHICLE. The manager apologized and said they weren’t going to charge us for the part or labor which was comical because DUH we weren’t paying a dime more for them being cons. Welp our car was held in the shop for longer than a week because of the weekend and was an extreme inconvenience. Literally defeated the purpose of us taking it in because we could’ve saved over 1k and had it done in about the same time. Please avoid this place! Especially individuals who don’t have extensive car and mechanic knowledge.

I had nothing short of a phenomenal experience with Eurofed Automotive. I had recently just bought a car through Carvanna and unfortunately had an oil leak about 2 weeks into driving my new vehicle. I called up Eurofed for an 11AM appointment and Ben (their Advisor) called me at 8:30AM that morning saying I could bring my vehicle in sooner which was very convenient for me. I brought my car in to fix the oil leak and Eurofed went above and beyond. They found some other work that needed to be done that was covered in my warranty (i.e. fixing my front struts, aligning my vehicle, a free oil change, and giving me a multi point inspection for future visits). Thank you, Ben and Team, for taking care of my new investment!

This crew is great! I came in scared of an outrageous bill for my VW Atlas coolant system, and the team here at Eurofed stayed with me through every step. I was freaking out when I first came in and they took the time to listen and then put an action plan together on how to best tackle my problem unlike the dealership I came from where it was going to cost thousands more. It was still an expensive repair, but the way these guys handled it to make sure was correct was fantastic. Cant say enough good things, truly. They were honest and straight forward and wanted to help as much as they could, working with me and my budget as appropriate. Thank you so much!!! Our car wouldnt be back on the road if it wasnt for yall.
