My experience then left me frustrated, and I didn’t think I’d be back. But the new team in charge has completely turned things around. Communication was clear, service was professional, and the attention to detail was a night-and-day difference compared to before. It’s rare to see such a dramatic improvement, but credit where credit is due: this is a whole new shop now. I feel confident bringing all of my cars here going forward, and I highly recommend anyone who may have had a bad experience in the past give them another chance.
