I just had to assume the woman at the counter was doing what she needed to. She finally looked up after at least a minute to speak to me. I was an hour late to my reservation without notification (which I own!) and was surprised to find out that there were no vehicles left on site when I arrived. I would have appreciated a call to confirm I was on the way prior to giving the car out but, alas, it is what it is. I am over the lack of a car because I acknowledge my role in that BUT it doesn’t detract from the fact that the counter staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. This is the first time I’ve actually encountered such an irritable Enterprise staff member. Will certainly be using other locations from here on out.
