Another bonus with this location is that it is MUCH closer and easier to get in and out of than the airport !! Finally , the agreed price was the price I.e. there were no surprises when it came time to check out ! This location is a great find !!

I just had to assume the woman at the counter was doing what she needed to. She finally looked up after at least a minute to speak to me. I was an hour late to my reservation without notification (which I own!) and was surprised to find out that there were no vehicles left on site when I arrived. I would have appreciated a call to confirm I was on the way prior to giving the car out but, alas, it is what it is. I am over the lack of a car because I acknowledge my role in that BUT it doesn’t detract from the fact that the counter staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. This is the first time I’ve actually encountered such an irritable Enterprise staff member. Will certainly be using other locations from here on out.

The Check in process was smooth and the two guys working were SUPER friendly and hospitable. Car was clean and full of gas and GREAT on gas. Toyota Highlander. Anytime I go south and need a car from here on out, I plan to use this enterprise. It’s worth driving an hour and a half from where I live. Thank you all so much!

They don’t clean cars at this location, so you’re pretty much guaranteed a dirty interior and exterior. The staff was helpful in trying to find a decent car, but it took 3 tries and the car I landed on was still gross (food bits everywhere, dirty windows, etc.)
