When I get in the place the guy at the front asks for my name, etc. I let him know I did the check-in online to make things easier. The guy looks down and says unfortunately due to co certs we have no vehicles. Now I am not new to renting, especially with this company. I should not be able to reserve anything if you dont have it, especially since you put a hold on my credit card. Professionals would have found one somewhere else. Which is exactly what happened when I called another enterprise location. Bum staff here and people returning cars due to tire issues. Find another location because this on isn't it. Oh, and Clayton, to answer you question, I am a clinical nurse supervisor, that is what I do.
