    Kaitlin K She is the best, I appreciate all she does for me. I’ve been renting at this location for the past year and ever since she became manager she has always made sure I was good no matter what.

    Here again (no this is not spam or a bot) extremely satisfied with this location. They are extremely helpful and always provide the highest quality service. I know almost everyone there on a first name basis and use them very often. Highly recommended.

    I rent from this location at least 6 times a year and never had such a hard time and disrespectful people I get it's stressful on Christmas eve I had a reservation as I always do and gave them every bit of info the needed and still denied me very frustrating the African American lady there was rude to multiple people there just uncalled for

    Very disappointed with my experience. I booked a car in advance and was told during the reservation that I could pay with a debit card and that a $300 deposit would be required. To be safe, I even called ahead to double-check, and I was again told this would not be an issue. Based on that confirmation, I paid for an Uber from the airport to the Enterprise location. Once I arrived, I was told that a credit card was required and that they could not honor what I was told over the phone. As a result, I wasted time and money getting there, and there was nothing they were willing to do to help resolve the situation. This was extremely frustrating and could have been avoided with accurate information. Clear and consistent communication is critical, especially when customers are traveling. Adding a comment here: I appreciate the response, but I want to clarify that on the day of the rental I spoke with three different Enterprise employees, and despite multiple attempts, my issue was not resolved. After being given incorrect information repeatedly and receiving no assistance in person, being redirected to a generic website form feels like another layer of unnecessary hassle rather than a real solution.

    I highly recommend NOT going to this location as the manager as well as team members are scam artist! Let’s have story time, so I choose I click and you pick option on the enterprise online site which clearly states as a disclosure at the bottom that the vehicle will be a compact car or larger. Tell me why I get to this establishment full of clowns they offer me a vehicle (economy) smaller than compact and tell me that if I want to upgrade it will be $20+. Now mind you they have more than enough vehicles on this lot to put me in for the same price I made my reservation for even if they have to upgrade me for free. Because at the end of the day as a business they had adequate enough time to find me a vehicle from another location or just upgrade me for free as they even called me the day before to confirm my reservation! I’ve been coming to this location for over 5 years and I now see why there is a high turnover at this location!
