  I’m writing this review to share my recent experience with Enterprise Rent‑A‑Car, which unfortunately did not meet the level of service I expected. During my rental, I encountered several issues related to customer service and unexpected fees that did not match what the app stated would be the rate for the rental. The level of communication from the staff was disappointing; questions about the rental terms and charges were not clearly explained, and attempts to get clarification were met with little urgency or assistance. This made the process more stressful and time‑consuming than it needed to be. In addition, I was charged fees that were not discussed upfront. When I asked for an explanation, the responses were vague and inconsistent. Transparency is an important part of any rental experience, and this lack of clarity felt unprofessional and frustrating. While I understand that misunderstandings can happen, the combination of unclear communication, poor customer service, and unanticipated charges left me with a negative overall impression. I hope Enterprise takes this feedback seriously and works to improve transparency and customer support for future renters.

  Terrible customer service. Only started answering phones when I walked inside. Lazy staff. All just sitting in the back on their phones. Wasted my time here today. When I walked in that’s when the girl started answering the phone in regard to rentals/rental claims.

  I had a great experience after my vehicle was hit by a FedEx truck. My car was eventually made totaled. I initially asked for a 10 day extension. On the last day I asked for a few more days so I could find a car. They gave it to me and passed my information to Enterprise car sales. Brittany at the car lot was very professional and I ended up buying a car from her. I left the car at the enterprise car sales lot. Great teamwork to get a win for the Enterprise Company. You won’t go wrong renting and purchasing a car from these professionals,

  The car was great and got me from point A to point B without any issues. I had a smooth experience both at checkout and when returning the vehicle. Caitlin was especially helpful throughout the process. Overall, a very positive experience.

  Quick, stress-free, smooth service! Everyone was super kind and the rental car was in perfect condition. I’ve always used Enterprise, but this was my first time using this location and I was in and out in maybe 20 mins tops. I appreciate that they pick you up from the body shop and work with your insurance directly so you don’t have to worry about it at all. Plus, I got my deposit back less than 24 hours after they told me they released it!
