    Rented a car here during a USAA claim. Given a Nissan ultima that’s seen better days and smelled like weed and smoke covered up with spray. A day later it won’t start and I call roadside assistance and they want 65 dollars to come fix their broken car while I’m stranded. Will never rent from enterprise again.

    The rental was booked, we get to the location and the car isn't there and they only have one minivan. They called another store once because it's close to closing time and the store didn't answer but we called and we were able to get ahold of them but now have to book for the following day. One of the employees continued walking around singing as if he couldn't care less of the situation and no real customer service apart from telling us the rental isn't here and they can't make someone pick up the phone. I would not suggest anyone to rent a vehicle here I would try a different location or company as the inventory doesn't stay up to date and there are no accommodations or anything when that is the case they will stare at you blankly and continue to move around you. Sometimes apologizing for the inconvenience goes a really long way even if you’re pretending because the issue came from your company.
