    Logan and Austin are horrible representations of this company! I am so shocked at the way I was treated so disrespectfully being that I spend hundreds of dollars with enterprise and being such a valuable customer ! The way they treat customers is disgusting! They intentionally hung up in my face, would not pick up the phone, sat there and let it rang because they knew they did not follow up about my refund! I still have not received this refund and its already been 2 weeks so they refuse to help resolve this issue! Then Logan made a remark saying he was leaving that location yesterday so it didnt matter how i felt! Austin was very careless and unprofessional and condescending! Refused to get the issue resolved as well and stated there was nothing he could do to help!I will never rent from this company EVER again after years of being a great customer! And I will be taking this matter to corporate and speaking to the highest supervisor until something is done about this and also their rude awful behavior!

    Overcharged for my rental. They lie easily and cannot be trusted especially the manager. I was renting the vehicle for 2 weeks from insurance company and when I went to pick up the vehicle I was told they don’t have any compact vehicle and only sub compact’s were available. So I choose mid-size suv which I was told it will be $13.5 additional per day. I came back after 9 days to see if any other vehicle was available to avoid paying additional charge on daily basis and person working there that said they already have 25 reservations and I can keep the same vehicle without any additional charge for me. The vehicle was returned back on 9/26 and my credit card was charged on 10/14 silently without sending me final bill and charge $15.78/day for 16 days. I called them and spoke to the manager as well. He kept saying ok, ok and ok, but no action.

    I had a great and easy experience renting a car at Enterprise! The employees were very nice, helpful, and efficient, which made the whole process quick and stress-free. When I returned the rental, there wasn’t anyone available to give me a ride to the dealership, but one of the associates, Caroline, went above and beyond and kindly offered to drive me herself. I really appreciated her kindness and outstanding customer service. Highly recommend this location!

    AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS. I was overcharged for fuel even though I returned the vehicle with a full tank. I filled up just 1.7 miles away, and my receipt clearly shows the timestamp right before drop-off, but I was still charged as if the tank wasn’t full. To make matters worse, the vehicle was handed over filthy. Stains on the steering wheel and crumbs / food particles between the seats, which speaks volumes about the lack of care and standards at this location. When I called to dispute the charge, I was told I’d receive a callback, but no one followed up. I had to call back myself a week later. The second representative I spoke with was rude and displayed poor customer service. Then, I spoke with Austin, the manager, who said they use a telematics system to determine fuel level. His exact response? “Alright. I don’t know what to tell you.” Completely dismissive, unprofessional, and unwilling to take responsibility, which also explains the poor attitude of the front-line staff. You might be greeted with a smile at check-in, but that’s where the customer service ends. I rent cars from several rental car companies and travel several times a year. I have NEVER had a fuel charge dispute until now. Over 8+ years, this is my first terrible experience with Enterprise. If 1.7 miles is enough for them to justify a charge, I advise all future customers to fuel up less than a mile away and hope the system reads it “full.” Also, wait for your receipt and review it at the location before leaving. Terrible customer service, questionable business practices, and dirty vehicles. Do yourself a favor and AVOID this location. I won’t be back.

    I recently rented a car from this company and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The entire process was smooth, the vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The pricing was transparent with no hidden charges, which I really appreciated. A special mention to RJ at the office — he was extremely professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the process. RJ patiently answered all my questions, made sure I got the right vehicle for my needs, and handled everything efficiently. His excellent customer service truly made the experience hassle-free and pleasant.
