I received a call asking could I come earlier but the guy never stated to me that they were closing at 12 today. When I pulled up there was a customer waiting outside for his 12 reservation as well. I saw a guy walking and asked if someone was coming back and all he stated was that they were closed. He didn’t care about my 12 o’clock reservation and just stated again to us that, “We’re closed.” The worst customer service I have experienced in a while and to me he came off a bit raciest towards me and the other African American Fellow.
