Picked me up from an autobody shop and took me back when I returned the vehicle. Other than someone's they get busy over the phone and it's difficult to get someone, if you are patient they will overall exceed your expectations. Don't bother with trying out any other rental company this place is it

They found one across town at this Independence location so I had to take a 45 min ride in 5pm traffic to get there. GLAD I did! It was worth it. Mr. Sterling and team had amazing customer service. Everyone working there took time to acknowledge my daughter and I. 👏🏽 When the lady brought our car around, my daughter ended up liking another SUV. The lady was willing to check the status of it even though I told her, "no, it's ok." After review of it, we decided to take the suv my 8yo liked and within a few minutes we were on our way. Months past and I decided to drive again, across town passing 3 other Enterprise, to this location for another rental. The pillar of customer service Sterling and team left on my family and I on our 1st rental was nothing less than remarkable. Our 2nd rental experience with this team was just as pleasant and the 1st. Thank you again to Sterling and team! Will return! 🚗

The rest of the team was just as amazing, coordinating everything so smoothly during drop-off and even giving me a ride home afterward. They truly went above and beyond, even while juggling a busy day. Exceptional customer service like this is hard to find. I’ll definitely be returning to this location!

I have worked with them in business for my customers for awhile and heard good things but “luckily” never personally dealt with them until recently when I was involved in a collision. Now I know first hand who I am recommending to everyone. The customer service was great! The selection of cars was fantastic and every detail from pick up to drop off was seamless. Thanks for making a stressful situation of being in a wreck seem easy!
