    This was the best rental experience I've ever had. We booked online, and arrived at this location at 5:30. By 5:45 we were pulling out of the parking lot with a clean Honda Odyssey! AP is the man to see, he makes it happen and was extremely helpful and accommodating. If I ever need a vehicle again, this will be the place I will go!

    Rented to drive from Charlotte to Michigan. What was supposed to be a Ford Explorer or “similar” became a Mazda CX90. Had nothing else available. They get away with it because of the class of the car - they are all “crossovers”. A Ford Explorer is clearly a sturdier, safer option when driving through the mountains. Not only am I a nervous wreck driving this car, there is no nav, NO usb chargers in the front of the vehicle, side mirrors are dirty. This review has nothing to do with the rep who helped us who was fine but everything to do with this ridiculous company. I will NEVER rent from Enterprise again and I’ve rented from them for years.
