I have never been charged a late fee and I’ve been a long term renter for over a year now. I probably won’t be using this location again. Other than that, the other associates were very accommodating

Even after there was a problem with one of the cars I came back the next day and they switched it for another car which was much better. When I returned our second rental, I didn’t have a way to get back home and they drove me home. The guys and girls that work at this Enterprise location were very kind and did everything they possibly could to make everything easier for us. Thank you all again.
