    Enterprise needs a better system in place when it comes to communicating the availability of cars. It gives the customer enough time to plan and want to continue to do business with that said company. I’ll keep this location in mind of where not to rent from in time of need.

    Tahoe rental met our needs. Communication by Enterprise needs improvement. Vehicle reserved and confirmed the day before was not available. I had to get ride to another location half hour away. Enterpise should have proactively called me before I arrived at first location.

    Worked with deovonte i think that’s how you spell it at this location. 10/10 service he was very prompt! His customer service is great ! First car i got had a few issues but he made sure to get me in a new rental fast

    After reading many reviews and my personal experience, I’m not quite sure why the manager, Joey is still there. I am not one to leave reviews but I feel this one is necessary. I reserved a car on Sept 24th to have for October 10-15th. Three days before the scheduled pick up, I received a call from a team member saying that the car I reserved may not be available because of a system issue that “over reserved” cars but I should receive a confirmation call on that evening or the next morning. That follow-up call didn’t happen so I called the following afternoon. I spoke to Bree(sp). I told her that I was awaiting a call regarding my reservation. She placed me on hold, Joey had just returned with my rental. Great! I then asked her if she could tell me why their price was higher than another location and if they can honor that pricing. She proceeded to tell me about the two different systems in which they operate. Ok….Bree further goes into a diatribe about a hold with a debit card price and a credit card price - to which I responded that I was confused because I didn’t have to financially place a hold for this reservation. I told her it’s not a problem because I use a credit card. It’s important to note that no heated exchange occurred. Clearly they didn’t like my question. After we hung up, Joey called and said that based on Bree’s and my conversation he wouldn’t be renting to me. I simply said “ok.” What Joey needs to know is that I’m NEVER beholden to anyone for anything especially not a rental car. Renting is an option and not a need. Joey lacks professionalism and managerial skills. Not renting to me and creating an issue that didn’t exist made it easier for him to fulfill a promise to the next customer. Needles to say, my trip went on without a hitch, I got the premium SUV that I wanted, and NOT from this location. Joey still sucks and operates like a petulant child. Since I don’t play in the sand box with ill-mannered children, leaving this review was easy.
